Public Enquiry Counters

We have public enquiry counters in some of our stations, meaning that, during opening hours, you can access our services face to face and speak to a member of our team.

You can come into our counter to report a crime, get community advice, ask to speak to a member of your local policing team and many other things, just like you’re calling 101.

We have enquiry counters in the following places:

  • Ashton
  • Bolton
  • Bury
  • Central Park
  • Cheadle Heath
  • Longsight
  • Oldham
  • Rochdale
  • Stretford
  • Swinton
  • Wigan

Their full details and opening times are below (please check back here ahead of bank holidays to see if they are open):
