Hate Crime


If you feel you are in immediate danger always call 999 or 101 at all other times.

In England and Wales, hate crimes are any crimes that are targeted because of hostility or prejudice in relation to:

  • disability

  • race or ethnicity

  • religion or belief

  • sexual orientation

  • transgender identity

  • alternative sub-culture

This can be committed against a person or property.
