/ Teenager banned from parts of Ashton-under-Lyne

A teenage boy has been banned from parts of Ashton-under-Lyne.

Kash Parkinson (01/03/2000) was given a two year Criminal Behaviour Order on Tuesday 3 October 2017, which bars him from the Smallshaw and Broadoak areas of Ashton-under-Lyne.

The order also prohibits Parkinson from associating with groups of five or more individuals (including himself) below the age of 21 unless supervised, threatening or engaging in abusive or intimidating or violent behaviour towards anyone, and riding in or on a motorised vehicle without permission unless as a fare paying passenger.

He is also prohibited from associating with named individuals.

Parkinson’s criminal behaviour order has come as a result of dedicated work by the Hurst neighbourhood policing team officers PC Naylor and PCSOs Jones and Chadwick.

If he breaches this order he will face further action.

If anyone sees Parkinson in breach of any of these conditions, please ring 101, or always call 999 in an emergency. Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
